The papers of Lindsay Carter Warren contain correspondence with congressmen, constituents, and public officials in North Carolina about such topics as public roads, river, harbor, and canal improvements, and national relief and recovery efforts during the Great Depression. Also included in the papers are copies of speeches by Lindsay Warren during the 1920s and 1930s, as well as photographs of people and places in Eastern North Carolina.
