Papers: ca. 1911-2009, 45 cubic feet.
The collection documents the public service career of William M. McCulloch (R-Piqua) as a member of the U.S. House of Representatives for the 4th Ohio Congressional District. Although a few items date from McCulloch’s terms in the Ohio General Assembly, the vast majority of the collection consists of the records compiled by the Washington, D.C. office of Congressman McCulloch, including personal/political papers, legislative papers, media relations, District affairs, audiovisual materials, and artifacts. The William M. McCulloch Papers are open to public research under the rules and regulations of The Ohio State University Libraries. Researchers requesting to use records within the District Affairs Series must first sign a confidentiality agreement. A finding aid for the collection is available in the repository and online.
