Also included are records of patrons of Robert Burtons commission mercantile business, as well as references to the Transylvania Company, a land speculation company, letters from Robert Houston and John Rhea regarding the purchase of land from Richard Hendersons estate, and copies of court records of Madison County, Kentucky concerning Robert Hendersons property.
