The collection also documents Glen Browder’s work with the Democratic Party and his political consulting activities in the 1970s and 1980s, his campaigns and activities as a public servant, starting with his work as an Alabama state representative, Alabama secretary of state, his election and service as a Representative of the U.S. House of Representatives, and his unsuccessful campaign for the U.S. Senate.
