ROTHFUS, Keith, a Representative from Pennsylvania; born in Endicott, Broome County, N.Y., April 25, 1962; graduated from West Seneca West Senior High School, West Seneca, N.Y., 1980; B.S., State University of New York-Buffalo State, Buffalo, N.Y., 1984; J.D., University of Notre Dame, Notre Dame, Ind., 1990; lawyer, private practice; director, Center for Faith-Based and Community Initiatives, United States Department of Homeland Security, 2006-2007; unsuccessful candidate for election to the One Hundred Twelfth Congress in 2010; elected as a Republican to the One Hundred Thirteenth and to the two succeeding Congresses (January 3, 2013-January 3, 2019); was an unsuccessful candidate for reelection to the One Hundred Sixteenth Congress in 2018.
