FARLEY, Michael Francis, a Representative from New York; born in Birr, Ireland, March 1,
1863; immigrated to the United States in 1881 and settled in Brooklyn, N.Y.;
attended the public schools of New York City; engaged in the liquor business;
elected as a Democrat to the Sixty-fourth Congress (March 4, 1915-March 3,
1917); unsuccessful candidate for reelection in 1916 to the Sixty-fifth
Congress; engaged in his former business pursuits until his death in New York
City October 8, 1921; interment in Calvary Cemetery.
