BRADLEY, Thomas Joseph, a Representative from New York;
born in New York City January 2, 1870;
attended the public schools;
was graduated from the College of the City of New York in 1887;
taught in the public schools of New York City from 1887 until 1891;
was graduated from the law department of the University of New York, New York City, in 1889;
was admitted to the bar in 1891 and commenced practice in New York City;
deputy assistant district attorney of the county of New York 1892-1895;
resumed the practice of law;
elected as a Democrat to the Fifty-fifth and Fifty-sixth Congresses (March 4, 1897-March 3, 1901);
was not a candidate for renomination in 1900;
continued the practice of law until his death in New York City April 1, 1901;
interment in Calvary Cemetery.
