1983-January 3, 1993); was not a candidate for reelection to the House of
Representatives in 1992; elected to the United States Senate in 1992; reelected
in 1998, 2004, and again in 2010 for term ending January 3, 2017; chair,
Committee on Environment and Public Works (One Hundred Tenth to One Hundred
Thirteenth Congresses), Select Committee on Ethics (One Hundred Tenth to One
Hundred Thirteenth Congresses).
